Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I, & my team,the undersigned participant, acknowledge that these sports Cricket, Throwball are a physically demanding sports that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Collisions with other players or equipment
Injuries from balls, bats, or uneven playing surfaces
Heat exhaustion, dehydration, or other weather-related conditions

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.

2. Medical Fitness

I certify that I am physically fit to participate in this event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I understand that it is my responsibility to bring any necessary medications or medical devices.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless:

CHUGS Sports Committee
Event organizers, volunteers, and sponsors
Venue owners and operators

from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during or in connection with the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Emergency Authorization

In case of injury or medical emergency, I authorize event staff to seek medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any associated costs.

5. Media Release

I grant permission for my image, likeness, or voice to be used in photographs, videos, or promotional materials related to the event, without compensation.

6. Code of Conduct

I agree to abide by the rules of the game and conduct myself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. I understand that failure to do so may result in disqualification or removal from the event.
