• All cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee, deducted from the total order amount. This fee covers payment processing and administrative costs.


📌 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
• The refund amount will be the total paid minus the 5% cancellation fee.
• If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may need to follow our Return Policy instead.


📌 Exceptions

• Orders cancelled due to product unavailability or errors on our part will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
• Defective or damaged products are covered under our Return & Refund Policy and are not subject to cancellation fees.

Return & Refund Policy

At CHUGS Sporting Goods LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

📦 Returns

• We offer a 30‑day conditional return policy on most products, excluding Badminton Shuttles, Cricket Balls, and custom products.
• You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
• Original shipping fees and additional service charges are non‑refundable.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in resalable condition
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Include a receipt or proof of purchase


Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

We do not accept returns for:

• Customized or personalized products
• Badminton Shuttles (case‑by‑case reviews may be considered; email us at chugssportinggoods@gmail.com)
• Used products
• Sale items or gift cards

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

🛠 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or replacement at no cost.

🔄 Exchanges

• Exchanges are only accepted for items that are unused and in their original packaging.
• Items showing signs of use or opened packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
• The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order.


💵 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
